Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026. This site belongs to the Midnight Special Racing Team of Naples, Florida. It is built and hosted for the team by The Imprintinator™, LLC.
What this site collects
Nothing, unless you send the contact form. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, reason and message you type, plus the time and the internet address (IP) the message came from. The IP is kept so we can block spam.
How it is used
Only to reply to you. Messages are stored on our own server and forwarded by email to the team and to a private team chat channel. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Third parties
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests two font files from Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
- Links to our gear shop go to theimprintinator.com, which has its own privacy policy and handles checkout. Links to Instagram, swampbuggy.com, tickettailor.com and sponsor websites leave this site.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete a message you sent us, use the contact form or reach the team on Instagram at @midnightspecial17.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted here.
